Refund and Returns Policy

At HD Khussa, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every pair of khussas is carefully inspected before shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is unused and unworn.
It is returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
The return request is made within 2 days of receiving your order.
The item is in its original condition without any signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized or personalized khussas.
Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
Used, damaged, or altered products.
Items returned without original packaging.

Size Exchange

If the size does not fit, we offer a size exchange subject to stock availability.

Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

Your order number.
Clear photos of the product.
Photos of the packaging, if applicable.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, HD Khussa will cover the return shipping costs.

For size exchanges or customer preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the product if it meets our return eligibility requirements.
